Southcentral Foundation’s Pathway Home is a residential program for boys age 14-18. The program’s clinical focus is complemented by an in-house educational GED program and vo-tech training.

Southcentral Foundation is seeking experienced manager of behavioral health programs to oversee operation of a 30 bed residential treatment program for SED adolescent males. This position oversees operations and leadership across residential, educational and clinical components. We are looking for proven leadership ability, experience with accreditation, Medicaid and quality improvement methodology. Knowledge of evidence based practices and measuring effectiveness are beneficial. We are seeking a dynamic mentor and program leader to join our team.
