Annual Conference
NASW ALASKA CHAPTER ANNUAL CONFERENCE
The NASW Alaska Chapter invites you to join us at the 2012 NASW-AK conference. NASW-AK is a membership organization with a dual mission to promote, develop, and protect the practice of social work and social workers and to enhance the effective functioning and well-being of individuals, families, and communities through its work and through its advocacy.
Presentations will provide current, relevant, and innovative information and concepts that will inform social work practice, enhance professional and personal development, and promote social action. Watch this space for the detailed conference schedule.
Presentation Formats
Paper Presentation: Papers will be grouped together in sessions by theme. (Length: 30 minutes)
Panel Presentation: An interactive session designed to facilitate discussion on a specific topic. No audio/visual equipment will be used. Suggested format is brief
