POSITION: Clinical Supervisor: Southcentral Foundation (SCF) a nonprofit Alaska Native healthcare organization in Anchorage has two Clinical Supervisor employment opportunities available which are both in a residential treatment setting.

One position is focused on providing supervisory oversight of clinical programs, staff and counseling services at The Pathway Home, a residential 30 bed treatment facility targeting Alaska Native adolescents age 13-18. The other position is focused on providing supervisory oversight of clinical programs, staff and counseling services at Dena A Coy, a residential 16 bed individualized addiction and mental health treatment program for pregnant, parenting and non-pregnant women.

All applicants must have an educational background in social work, psychology or related mental health field plus a Master’s Degree with a minimum of five (5) years experience. Current Alaska Clinician’s license is required.

Sunshine Community Health Center located in Talkeetna, Alaska in the shadow of Denali has an immediate opening for a full-time Alaska licensed LCSW. This position identifies, triages and manages patients with behavioral health problems within the primary care setting. In addition, the LCSW will provide brief intervention strategies and will develop specific behavioral change plans for patients. The employee will collaborate and consult with medical providers and other partners to ensure effective treatment for patients with co-occurring behavioral health and medical disorders and for patients with primary behavioral health disorders. This position requires an advanced degree in psychology or clinical social work such as a Masters in Social Work or PhD in Psychology. Current unrestricted Alaska licensure as LCSW. Two years clinical experience, previous experience with culturally and socio-economically diverse populations preferred.
